52 Sherringham Way Patrington Haven Leisure Park
Welcome to 52 Sherringham Way, a holiday home from home. Situated on the 5 star, award winning Patrington Haven leisure park and nestled in 40
acres of glorious East Yorkshire countryside. The lodge has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and two twins and sleeps six. It boasts its own private garden with a hot tub
that seats six, a lawn and patio area with outdoor seating for six along with parking for two cars. Inside the lodge you'll find a cosy living area with 2 freestanding
sofas, free wifi, Sky tv (including Sky Movies) 2 Alexa speakers and a selection of books and boardgames to while away those lazy summer days or cozy winter
evenings. The kitchen has full size appliances including microwave, cooker, hob, fridge and freezer along with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all
the cutlery,
pans, crockery and glassware you'll need should you wish to drag yourself away from the amazing on-site bar and restaurant. Each bedroom comes with fully
made up beds and bath towels for each guest. There's a family bathroom as well as an ensuite toilet and basin to the main bedroom. The lodge is fully central
heated and double glazed.
ABI Oakley
The lodge itself is 39 feet by 12 feet and has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing table and stool as well as its own ensuite hand basin and toilet.
The two other bedrooms have twin single beds and all bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. The bedrooms all have fresh linen and towels
upon your arrival. The living room is open plan and has a spacious yet cosy feel. The large flat screen tv has the usual smart tv free channels but also benefits from
Sky tv which has sky movies. There's a selection of books and board games as well as free wifi. The kitchen is equiped with a full size integrated fridge and freezer,
microwave, oven, hob, toaster kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside Space
The lodge benefits from its own private garden with well kept lawn and patio area. There's a private hot tub that seats six and a rattan style table and six chairs to
enjoy eating al fresco. There is also space for parking two cars outside the lodge.
